Town Branch Mitigation Bank has been permitted and approved by the St. Johns River
Water Management District and the Army Corps of Engineers to sell compensatory
wetland mitigation credits in wetland basins 4 and 5. These basins cover a majority of
northern St. Johns County and almost all of Duval County. Please see our service area
map for more precise basin boundaries.

We work directly with individuals, governmental agencies, and environmental
consultants and engineers to make the mitigation process easy. Once an applicant has
their permit numbers and amount of credits required, we take care of the rest. Town
Branch Mitigation Bank will provide a price and allow you to reserve credits for up
to 6 months or permit approval, whichever comes first. Prices vary by basin and may
fluctuate due to market conditions. Town Branch Mitigation Bank can sell amounts as
small as .01 credits.
